Please review the official security declaration agreement below, check all seven agreement points, and sign off on this consignment.

Toggle All / Check All Declarations Cargo ONLY consists of toys, books, footwear, clothes, stationery, and small retail food items. Cargo strictly DOES NOT contain alcohol, cigarettes, bulk pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hazardous lithium cells, or corrosive items. All items packed in the boxes are not of commercial scale. I understand heavy containers over 30 kg may need reinforced boxes and correct placement. Receiver's active Sri Lankan phone number is visibly marked on the exterior of all boxes. No illegal contraband, firearms, raw metals, seeds, or bio-threat elements are inside this consignment. I accept that false declarations can lead to confiscation, fines, or criminal prosecution.
